About Versiya Lab Academy

Versiya Lab Academy is a project of Versiya Lab, a Korean perm studio in Moscow. We run Korean perm courses in Moscow and organise training in Seoul at MASSTIGE HAIR Academy with Hong Jihoon.

The academy was founded by Oksana Prisyazhnaya, an expert, teacher and organiser. In 2026 she trained twice with Hong Jihoon in Seoul: in March at a group seminar on restorative Korean digital perm, and in August one-to-one. Her certificate No. 344 is signed by Hong Jihoon.

Hong Jihoon is Creative Technical Director of MASSTIGE HAIR Academy and head of the MASSTIGE HAIR salon, with 30 years of practice. On 25 November 2026 he teaches a day in Moscow for the first time: he demonstrates the technique on a live model, and Oksana Prisyazhnaya leads the adaptation for Slavic hair.

Our courses use original Korean solutions from Seoul and a Korean machine made in the Republic of Korea. A group has 10 places, and every participant works at their own mannequin. Participants receive a Versiya Lab certificate of participation naming the technique and the teachers.

Moscow, spring

The first procedures in the studio. There was a wave, but not the one I had seen at the academy. I started looking for the reason.

One-to-one training with Hong Jihoon: we fine-tuned the digital perm for Slavic hair and covered root volume, cold perm and six winding methods.

A procedure clients book at 18,000-39,000 ₽. And Hong Jihoon is flying to Moscow to show it to you in person.
