Consent to Personal Data Processing

By sending a message to OOO «Вейлекс» (Veyleks LLC) through the Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX, phone or email button on versionacademy.com, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of the personal data I provide in the conversation on the following terms.

Controller (operator)

Purposes

replying to my enquiry: sending the masterclass participation terms, booking a place;
preparing, concluding and performing a masterclass participation contract at my request.

Personal data

Name; phone number, messenger username, email address; country and city; salon or company name, company details, whether I have a salon; details needed for the contract; the content of the conversation.

Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, erasure and destruction, with or without automated means.

Contact channel and third parties

I choose the messenger or email service myself and send my message from my own account under that service's terms. I understand that the controller is located in the Russian Federation and handles my enquiry there; the controller does not transfer my personal data outside Russia.

My personal data will not be made publicly available.

Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from my last contact with the controller, or until I withdraw it. I may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@versionacademy.com or to the controller's postal address. After withdrawal, the controller stops processing and deletes my data within 30 days, except data it must keep by law.

I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy published at https://versionacademy.com/en/p/privacy.

In case of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version prevails.
